Functional Medicine Clinic Director – Mt. Pleasant, SC

Dr. Tammy Lang spent 18 years in private practice before joining Functional Health Centers of the Carolinas, bringing extensive experience in Functional Medicine with a focus on hormone, metabolic, and digestive health. She is known for her ability to take complex lab data and turn it into clear, step-by-step plans that are practical, personalized, and deliver effective results.

Her approach is both strategic and personal, helping patients understand their bodies, stay consistent, and create lasting change—not just temporary fixes.

Her work is also shaped by her own experience overcoming chronic migraines and digestive issues that conventional approaches failed to resolve, which led her to seek answers beyond symptom management and ultimately pursue a root-cause approach to care.

In her free time, Dr. Lang enjoys exercising, Pilates, pickleball, and long walks with her two labradoodles, along with all that Lowcountry living has to offer.
