Amanda GabbertNASM CPT
As a Certified Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Amanda has the necessary skills to transform anyone’s life; little did she know she would have to transform her own.
In her journey to graduate from the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition with her Certification as a Health Coach, Amanda was battling her own health issues in the form of Chronic Fatigue, Hormonal Imbalances, Neurological Issues, Heavy Metal Toxicity, and more. After seeing numerous Medical Doctors it wasn’t until she turned to Holistic Medicine that she discovered how to truly heal her body and find the root cause of all her problems.
“Although my experience was terrifying at times, I realized the benefits of detoxing and how to do it in the best way possible. I gained a plethora of knowledge when it comes to the functionality of our bodies, supplements, testing and alternative therapies. Detoxing allowed some emotional toxins to come to the surface as well which lead to some much needed self-development, mindfulness and a better understanding of self-care.”
Amanda’s knowledge and journey are what make her an invaluable addition to the Functional Health Center of the Carolinas team. In her spare time, she loves attending concerts, traveling, trying new fitness classes, and spending time with her friends, family, and pup!
