Having treated for almost a decade and performing over 35,000 adjustments, your physical pain is in great hands with Dr. Corey Riser. Utilizing a Diversified adjusting style, Dr. Riser has performed chiropractic manipulation on everyone from 5 week old babies to his oldest patient at 98 years old! Whether you have Neck or Back Pain, Sciatic Nerve Pain, Tingling/Numbness, Migraine Headaches, or Neuropathy, chances are there is a treatment available to rid you of these symptoms.
Your initial consultation will include a one-on-one session with Dr. Riser as you take a deep dive into your physical health history and history of your current condition. Following this Dr. Riser will perform specialty Orthopedic Exams and Neurological Exams to identify what areas of your body likely need treatment. After completing the initial consultation and examination are finished, Dr. Riser will recommend a treatment strategy specific to your case!
Once Dr. Riser has formulated your treatment plan, he will perform a series of hands-on chiropractic adjustments to correct any physical fixations or spinal misalignments you may have. Don’t worry, there is no fancy equipment or tools used to perform your adjustments. Dr. Riser performs adjustments based on feel and exam findings so you KNOW they will actually make a difference (and not just a click from a computerized tool).
Our clinic utilizes a specialty piece of equipment called Decompression Therapy that is specifically designed and tested to perform on disc and nerve issues in the neck or low back. Once the therapy begins, your neck or low back depending on treatment, will be gently stretched to allow for decompression of your spinal discs and nerve roots. Most patients describe this as one of the most relaxing therapies they’ve ever had.
If you’ve ever felt like you need to constantly bend over to stretch you back, this therapy is most likely for you!
Decompression Therapy Treats:
- Bulging Disc
- Herniated Disc
- Radiating Nerve Pain
- Migraines / Headaches
- Low Back Spasms
Nervous About Hands-on Manipulation?
We get it. Sometimes we encounter patients who are a little nervous to have a hands on manipulation to their spine or even feel that they are too old to have a heavy handed adjustment performed. Not to worry! In these cases we utilize a specialty tool called an Arthrostim. Dr. Riser will perform adjustments using this tool in order to mobilize your spine and get you feeling great without having to be nervous about a hands on adjustment! This tool works great for stubborn knots and trigger points in your muscles as well. Just ask our patients – “Can I take it home with me?!”
